Our Areas of Work
Health
We champion physical activity as a tool for improving health & wellbeing. We’ll embed movement into prevention and recovery, while supporting mental health, reducing isolation and building resilience in our communities.
Inequalities
Tackling inequalities is central to our mission. We focus on communities facing the greatest barriers to physical activity, working with local people to co-create inclusive, sustainable opportunities that reflect their needs and experiences.
Children and Young People
We support children and young people to build positive relationships with movement through early intervention, youth-led wellbeing and employability hubs, and inclusive opportunities shaped by their voices, ideas and experiences.
Environment
We are committed to embedding environmental sustainability across everything we do. We’ll lead by example, support sustainable practices and promote active, climate-conscious places that benefit people and the planet.
System Leadership
We work with system partners to embed movement into policies, services and workforce development, using data, insight and lived experience to shape partnerships that place physical activity at the heart of health, social and economic outcomes.
Place Leadership
Meaningful change starts in place. We work with local partners to connect, support and amplify the incredible work happening across Lancashire. Through our developing Universal Offer, we share learning and extend the impact of place-based innovation across the county.
