1. The Promoter
The promoter is Pendle YES Hub, operated by Active Lancashire Active Lancashire (Registered Charity No. 1159832). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
- Employees of Pendle YES Hub or Active Lancashire directly involved in the raffle administration are excluded from entry.
3. How to Enter
- Paid Entry: Make a donation entry via our Official JustGiving Page.
- Important: You must not tick the “Gift Aid” box for raffle entries, as these are not eligible for tax relief.
- Free Entry Route: To enter for free, please send your name and contact details on a postcard to Pendle Yes Hub, 39-41 Scotland Road, Nelson, BB9 7UT. Free entries must be received by 12th May 2026.
4. The Prizes
- Prizes include a pamper set, a chocolate hamper, scented candles, and a children’s outdoor play set, kindly donated by Asda Colne and Tesco Burnley.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place on and the winner will be announced no later than 15th May.
- The winner will be notified via the contact details provided or via a public post on this Page. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days.

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this raffle and will not be shared with third parties.
