We believe that the most effective change happens in places through deep, sustained collaboration at a local level.
We will invest in long-term, place-based partnerships in communities across Lancashire, starting with Blackpool, Preston and Pennine Lancashire.
Through trusted relationships, coproduction and cultural relevance, we will support each place to develop its own solutions, tailored to local people and their needs.
Our goal is to create strong, integrated systems of support at the heart of every place.
