In my role, I support multiple projects that encourage people across Lancashire to lead more active and healthier lives specifically the Active Learning Zone and personalised health care training projects. From arranging events and material internally to connecting people with opportunities for development, my work focuses on removing barriers so everyone can take part, regardless of age or ability.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe movement has the power to change lives, not just physically, but mentally and socially too. Growing up, I saw how being active helped people in my community overcome challenges, build confidence, and find connection. That’s what motivates me: knowing that a small action today can have a lasting impact tomorrow.

My Active Lancashire
Weightlifting is my main form of activity, however on a rest day and when I manage to find some time I love being outdoors for walks, as this provides me with both a physical boost and a mental reset.
Favourite Green or Blue Space
I enjoy walking at Rivington Pike and the surrounding reservoirs. It’s a beautiful spot with a mix of woodland, open moorland, and sweeping views, the perfect place to recharge and enjoy nature just a short drive from my town in Lancashire.
